Achille Perilli
Achille Perilli was born on January 28, 1927, in Rome. Already as a young painter, Perilli belonged to the pioneers of abstract painting in Italy, and in 1947, he helped composed the "Forma 1" Manifesto, which restored form to its primacy in art. Achille Perilli's paintings display cubist images which prove to be ambiguous and labrynithine. The mind games that the painter play are based on change of perspective, so that the observer must continually correct his perception.
Until the present day, Achille Perilli, who lives in Italy, has remained true in his development of geometric irrationality.
